1. Definitions

moon4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, or residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Withdrawals cannot be processed until identity verification is complete.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

moon4d accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata)

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the moon4d platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game designs, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of moon4d or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law:

• moon4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• moon4d is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor errors beyond our control.
• The maximum liability of moon4d for any claim related to these terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of moon4d services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through moon4d's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within 14 business days.

11. Amendments to Terms

moon4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered account holders and posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of moon4d services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
